Roof and gutters replacement in Upper Arlington
Our crew at Supreme Roofing & Exterior just finished up another full roof and gutter replacement in Upper Arlington. The home sits in a quiet neighborhood not far from Northam Park The owner reached out to us because the old roof was way past its time and the gutters were sagging in a few spots.
You can see from our photos that we stripped the roof all the way down to the bare wood deck. This step matters a lot. Some roofers will lay new shingles right on top of the old layer, but we don’t do that. Going down to the deck lets us look for soft spots, water damage, and any rotted wood. We had to swapped out a few boards before moving on.

After the deck was clean and solid, our team rolled out fresh underlayment and ice and water shield around the valleys and the edges. Then we installed new architectural shingles, which hold up better to wind and last longer than the old style. We also put in new drip edge, fresh flashing around the chimney, and a clean ridge cap along the top of the roof.
The gutter work happened right after. We took down all the old gutters and downspouts and put up new seamless aluminum gutters in a color that matches the home. Seamless gutters have less leak points and they look a lot cleaner from the street too.
