New Roof Installed on a Condo in Bexley OH
Here is another big roof replacement project on a condo building over in Bexley OH we did and we’re really proud of how it came out. This was a large multi-unit condo with a pretty complex roof layout – lots of peaks, valleys, and different angles that all had to be done right. (as you can see in the photos)
The old shingles were worn out and really old. You could see curling and granule loss all over the place. The property manager called us out to take a look and we gave them a full estimate for a complete tear-off and re-roof. Once we got the go ahead, our team got to work taking off the old material down to the decking.

We installed new underlayment, drip edge, and architectural shingles across the whole building. This was in anice community right next to Capital University and the homes and condos there are well kept.
We also flew our drone up to get some aerial shots so the property manager could see the finished result from above. The photos came out great and you can really see how uniform the new shingles look across all the roof sections.
